Stevie Ray Vaughn and a whole host of other famous musicians aside, I'm going to go on record once and for all and say this: I hate Texas.
Having been there three times it's clear that Texas and I don't get along. Why is it that people from that state act like they live in the King of states? Like talking about Texas is akin to talking about the Queen or something. It's in Texas that you can find some of the most ignorant S.O.B's alive. They are the first to tell you how great America is, even though not a single one of them has ever been anywhere else to judge for themselves.
Crime, Pollution, tons of fat people, the Bush family, good God!
I was born and raised in Texas. I've been all over the world traveling. I've lived in 4 different states since I've been in the Coast Guard. I've never been anywhere nice enough that I would want to stay. I'll move back here when I'm done with the Guard for the rest of my days.

I have friends in Amarillo, they traveled in an RV for many years but they kept the house in Amarillo. They have cows, cats and other things and they are happy as clams. Go figure? They are 2 of the nicest people I know.
Maybe there just bitter "Holding on to there guns and religion"and some unaged kids while there at it.
If you're going to attempt to make a point that the folks of Texas are ignorant, you should make darn sure you use proper English when describing their stupidity. Which 'there' did you want to use/ And what is an 'unaged' kid? That would probably be an abortion, right... Yep they're stupid alright...

True statement. It is difficult to stay on topic when the topic is so deep and cerebral. Being from the shallow end of the gene pool, it is difficult for me to maintain the frantic pace of this topic. But, when one is poking fun at another, one should make sure that the mirror does not show shared traits.
That said, I now return you to your normally schedule bashing of those we don’t understand. Keep up the generalizations! Keep bashing God and those of faith. Keep bashing the 2nd Amendment because freedom probably sucks in reality. And whatever you do, lump both of those population along side child molesters. Deep… very, very deep.
I just got to Texi-ana (Texas+ Louisiana)..Miserable climate but the people seem nice so far. Jury is still out on Texas as a whole. But you ever wanna piss Texans off ask em why they fly Cuban flags everywhere. It's pretty funny.
Holy dog s+++. Texas? Only steers and queers come from Texas, Private Cowboy. And you don't look much like a steer to me so that kinda narrows it down.
