My son has played TAPS for military funerals for both the CG and the local American Legion.

God Bless your son. Mostly at the military funerals they play canned taps. When my husband died he was to be buried in Salsbury NC. There was no CG on the Blue Ridge so a CWO Doris Hull arranged to have Pope Air Force Base come to the burial. His son and I had the benefit of taps and echo taps. Full military funeral. His son and I were impressed by those men.
