Same thing,,, I've had an account for YEARS and was able to watch up until 3 wks ago... now I get the login and page of videos but when I click on any, nothing happens... no changes, no screens or warnings that I don't have latest streaming s/w or anything...

If anyone can help, Please respond..... I checked my pop up blocker and it's off... I only use Firefox browser for yrs and never IE...

so I am at a lost to figure out what has happened !

Thanks to anyone that can help.

Hi, please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing. I'll see what I can do from there. Thanks!

Hi AGGF,

I went thru all my settings and enabled all players ,
Restarted the pc and again nothing plays.

How do I check to see which player is set as default ?

In the past I always had a message asking if the required player was what I wanted... click 'yes' and no problems.

If you can help by answering the question of finding/locating the listed 'default' player, which I don't believe I have one, but it sounds like a good thing to check out.... then maybe we can figure it out.

I sent a screenshot of what I see.... was that not helpful ?

Thank you Very much,
Lee

I too can no longer view any of the FLASH videos. I used to have no issues in the past with viewing but the Flash versions are not working.

I get the message "Flash 7 or above is required to view this content...Please Upgrade"

I have upgraded but still not working. I am running Windows Vista Ultimate and IE 7.

Hopefully this can be fixed soon as I have been missing out on viewing the Shock & Awe videos for awhile now.

Thanks

If you are running IE7 under Windows Vista and have installed the latest flash player only to get the same error stating that you still need to download the latest flash player there may be a simple fix.

To fix the problem run the following:

C:\windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil9b.exe
Hope this helps.

Sorry for the repost but I saw members with Flash issues here too
