Back in February you said we would get back the capability to download the S & A videos. Now eight months later, we still are not able to perform this function. What is the hold-up?

Don't hold your breath waiting for a solution to this problem. It seems that the powers that be on this site have been unable to solve the many problems with the S & A videos and are no longer working on them. Instead of remaining silent it would be much better if they would just admit they are unable to solve the problems so that you, I and others could just get along with our lives.
