Good afternoon -- I'm having trouble viewing Shock and Awe. None of the videos will play. I have flash player nine from Adobe, and my browser is Internet explores six/running Windows 2000 professional. I have changed my security settings and also allow pop-ups for this site. Are you folks having trouble is it me? I would appreciate any help or advise you could give me. Thank you

Same thing,,, I've had an account for YEARS and was able to watch up until 3 wks ago... now I get the login and page of videos but when I click on any, nothing happens... no changes, no screens or warnings that I don't have latest streaming s/w or anything...

If anyone can help, Please respond..... I checked my pop up blocker and it's off... I only use Firefox browser for yrs and never IE...

so I am at a lost to figure out what has happened !

Thanks to anyone that can help.

Hey brother you may want to try the following Especially if you are using IE7 and VISTA

go to C:\windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil9b.exe click on the FlashUtil9b.EXE file and that may fix your issue.

Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Greg, have you any ideas on how to resolve the S & A problem of not being able to view videos when using Windows XP rather than Vista? Any help would certainly be appreciated.
