I'm new to this, but I would like to know what is a meaningful way to say "Thank You"?
I am so grateful for your service and for the courage that you show when I realize I would be paralyzed with fear. I've watched war movies all of my life, watched the Vie.tNam war in the news clips, but have ssen nothing of THIS war until I just happened to see a Military channel's program with video of a few skirmishes and commentary from the soldiers involved. It was AMAZING to listen to these men, and one woman photographer, explain their circumstances, their feelings at the moment of engaging the enemy. I am fascinated and so appreciative of the training that you all learn, indeed that you USE with such bravery and determination! There were Brits and Americans working together, supporting one another in fierce FIERCE battle. THANK YOU THANK YOU AND THANK YOU! i AM SO VERY PROUD OF YOU, OF EACH ONE OF YOU, yet, I'm stuck with what else to do. I donate money to the various charities on the Reconnect America website, I will write to you every day if that will help. I am way, old LOL, so I can't join and serve beside you, but oh how I wish I were young enough to do just that! SO! what would be a thank you that woud actually be meaningful to you? I'm quite serious, so don't make lude jokes in return; I want you to feel appreciated, is there something that an ordinary citizen, as I am, can do for you to make a good difference in your life? Sincerely, A Gramma |
