Hi, i am getting ready to go to bootcamp. But i am afraid that if they yell at me i will begin to shake. Is this normal. Also in bootcamp do they boost your confidence

They break you down and build you up. Haven't you seen the bootcamp video yet? CPO Kalbach
You'll be surprised how used to yelling you get. The first week its scary and if you get yelled at it feels like the end of the world. But after that yelling becomes a normal thing. Actually you get so used to it if the CC's don't yell you start to think something is wrong. It's when they start whispering those sweet nothings in your ear that you have to be scared haha.

Dave I see by your profile you reside in Az, I'll assume that part is true because based on the nature of your questions it's pretty obvoius that the rest of your profile is in errears, you should have checked the "considering joining" box and not the AD box. I too reside in AZ, Prescott to be exact, I'd be more than happy to give you my perspective on the USCG and if your in my area I'll meet ya for a beer, coffee or other beverage if interested? -Jeff
EDIT: Please consider my previous offer retracted, you don't seem to want to listen to those who have offered you advice around these parts. Good luck! -Jeff
