currently my ship date is set for Oct 2, 2007 and for the pass three months i have been trainning on my own. i am currently running three times a week and the days i don't i have been on the bike for a while, along with this i have been doing push ups and sit ups i personally feel that i am not doing enough. is there something i might be missing or any tip anyone can give me.

If you can do what the HELMSMAN says is required for graduation then you are doing enough. The last thing you want to do, is OVERDO it and get injured. CPO Kalbach
Do not focus solely on running. Make sure you can swim the length of an olympic size pool twice (up and back) without touching the sides. Also make sure you can complete the pushups and situps required (don't worry about the sit and reach). And also, learn how to iron.
