Just to be sure, going to MEP to take the ASVAB and do your medical exam doesn't obligate you to anything right? Actually enlisting is another step? Thanks in advance.

You are not obgilated to anything until you raise your right hand and take an enlistment oath. Just remember also that if you take a guaranted district and then go to school that your next duty station may not be in the district that you just came from.
