I attended a British High School and College, and before emigrating to the US, got the qualifications "Translated" by the WES - World Education Service. They provided a complete transcript, and were approved by the Department of Education, as many US Colleges and companies etc use them for determining foreign applicant's credentials.
I have used these transcripts, as well as the originals from the High Schools/Colleges in my application for Coast Guard enlistment - if any recruiter can confirm whether or not these are accepted that would be great, as I'm purely providing information on my own experience here.

If the credits are translated and count like American credits than yes. The translating agency has to be legit. Your local recruiter will direct you in this matter. www.gocoastguard.com to find your nearest one. CPO Kalbach
