Heading to Boot-Camp in 2 weeks and had a question about a item that the Helmsman. Being a female, Im curious about a hair brush. Im getting my hair cut to the top of my collar this week. Just did not know if a hair brush is ok to have. Thanks for any help.
I doubt it would be contraband, because females are expected to have well groomed hair. But at worst bring it, and when the CCs inspect your gear on day 1 they will either allow it or won't. If not it'll go into your civilian bag for 8 weeks locked up.
What does it say in your HELMSMAN?? If the CC's say it goes, it gets locked up. Alot of questions "your" recruiter should be answering for you, it's our job. CPO Kalbach
