I have found conflicting info online regarding PFT standards, especially in regards to Females <30.

Is there an update to the CIM dated Apr 2006? I have seen discrepancies for the run, 13:25 (per CIM), and 15:26 (everywhere else.) Of course I would like to shoot for the 13:25 mark, but I've never been a strong runner and I've pretty much plateaued in the 14:15/14:30 range. Sucks Frown So you can see why I would like some clarification.

And the CG has females do push-ups on their knees? Seriously? Not knocking it or anything, I just didn't think the military did that. Not even in the AF Wink

Also, I've noticed in recent CG videos that the sit-ups are performed with hands on the shoulders, vice fingers laced behind the head (which isn't very good for you). How is the test actually administered?

These may be nit-picky questions, but naturally I'd like to know and be prepared. Feedback on all parts of the PFT is appreciated. Thanks!

This is the PITSTOP website, which directs the prior service to read the HELMSMAN for the PF standards. You need to talk to your recruiter, they should have an updated PITSTOP schedule of events. CPO Kalbach

Camp Slayer... I was there for my 4-day pass from Abu Ghraib. After being at Abu G, Slayer and Victory felt like Key West!
