I am meeting with my recruiter for the first time this week. My question is in regards to MEPS and disqualifications, is there a website or link that list everything you need to know about both.

As far as disqualifications, there is such a long list of possible situations, that it isn't realistic to list everything that may become an issue. The best thing you can do is make sure that your Recruiter knows about EVERYTHING that COULD be an issue.
I would recommend that you write down as many questions as possible. A Recruiter can talk all day about the Coast Guard. If you don't ask questions, he/she can't fill in the gaps for you.
