went to see the doc toay bremerton naval hospital for ptsd problems. had a really crapy week. it was 30 myears this month my buddy stepped on a mine in cuba. i was not in control of myself and surroundings. i just fell apart,the doc put me onfluoxetine 20mg,and prazosin 2 mg. these are for depression and the nightmares. the trazdone was not helping all that much. i guess what really made FINALLY get the help i needed was i went off on(yelled) at my wife. she new i was depressed all week,so she got me there. i really owe her my life. so much going on. i can hardly watch the news anymore with feeling depressed.when i was young man i could control this,but i have gotten older i have NO control of my surroundigs. i feel like i have my back to the wall. well, at any rate the new doctor i have now saw i that i had issues and jumped on it. he has me set up for counseling now. i just can not hold it inside no longer.
