Just wanted to know if anyone experienced shipping a financed vehicle overseas through USAA or other banks while getting out of the service?

I still owe a little money on my car through Toyota Financial and Im supposed to get out in a couple of months. Im pretty sure that Toyota Financial won't allow me to ship my car back to my home of record (Guam), because is overseas but still a U.S. territory. I still owe money on the car thats why.

So I was thinking I could just refinance it through USAA or other credit union's because I know they allow shipment of cars overseas while on orders.

Im still a little confused because, I really don't think USAA will refinance and approve the release letter for the financed car because I am on orders but not PCS orders.

If anyone has any insight on this, or have had a past experience on this. Any help would be appreciated..thanks
