I have just conducted the self validation for active duty personnel. I have found no manual, except a few blurbs on what the DIEMS date really is. Does my delayed entry count towards retirement years, for time in. I know it does not count for pay. Also in the personel manual it also states an extra 10 % for good conduct, without any bad conduct for the entire enlistment?? Or am i just dreaming again. Thanks.
