I would just like to ask if anyone has knowledge of this Group and the Government Streamline Program. I keep getting flyers and mail from this group wanting to offer a lower mortgage @4.25%. I'm making a few calls today, but want anyones input or experience IRT this group. Thanks!
The names sounds very familiar but if you really want to know, your best and easiest way is to talk to a real estate agent (obviously, one who you know or trust...one who you can all "friend").
