Hello all. I am currently looking to refinance my mortgage. It is an ARM and is going to reset again soon. Does anyone know of a company that would be the best one to go with for a refinance? I was late on the payment only once and have owned for 3 years. I have paid for both my vehicles and only have a motorcycle payment on my credit report now. I am selling that and hope to get that debt gone soon, but it is current. My score is around 680-700 but I need to refi before it gets too expensive. What do you think I can do or is there someone I can talk to for guidance on this? I am a USAA member, are they an option?
