My husband has been in the Air Force for just over a year. We have 3 credit Cards, we keep our balances very small. We sent every card the imformation about sscra and there is only one card that gives us trouble. I have spent a lot of time faxing the infomation they say they need and hours on the phone as well. What can we do to make them change our interest rate? Do we have any recourse? Thank you!
