I plan on being married after bootcamp. I leave in August and have already done my DEP paperwork. I was wondering, since I signed that paperwork without a dependant, i figured I would just get married after I figure out where I get stationed. Then I was wondering what are the odds of me getting stationed somewhere with government housing which I wouldnt mind at all, or one the economy with BAH which wouldnt be bad either. I am sure I'll have more questions but we'll start with those. Thanks in advance.

forgot to add, she plans on coming with me no matter where I go. She wont even discuss staying at her current college.

not all CG bases have housing- some are located within another branches housing we can use-
however most BAH rates are high enough to cover rent and some utilities for off base housing.

it will be a personal decision when it comes time.

we have lived in housing once- I will never do it again- MY own personal oppinion.
