Just wondering if there are any biletts for MST's overseas?

There are several billets in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and American Samoa. But as for Europe and Asia I believe that those billets are restricted to the marine inspectors that are commisioned.

You can put in for one of the RAID teams that deals with container inspections over in the middle east. However, getting that job will depend on your current quals and experiences.

Under Sector San Juan, PR is Resident Inspections Office St. Croix USVI, and MSD St. Thomas USVI

Most of the time you will have to be a MSSD/E to get the good billets. Places like Rotterdam, Singapore, and Japan. Enlisted your pretty restricted to the territories/commonwealths.

I have personaly known an MST3 that voluntered for and recieved an asignment to PATFORSWA filling a SN position on one of the cutters.
