Hi, I'm supposed to be running the Physical Training program for my JROTC unit in a few weeks and was wondering if anyone here had any relevant experience/advice.

I'm the Operations Support Squadron Commander at my Unit so I oversee the PT officer that's over a PT NCO and a Wellness (E2C) NCO. I may or may not be able to answer some specific questions if you have any.
