John Keegan dealt with the nature of 'Tribal Warfare' as a distinctly unique form from 'Total War' in his excellent work "A History of Warfare."

Da--d good question. I went to the web site in the first post. I didn't n have my Bean reader Glasses on so I didn't understand a word that was written. NO HABALA ESPANOLE.

If you go to the index you will find lots of english articles and translations (It's portuguese not spanish).

Prehistoric theories are supported mainly by Archaeology.

There are lots of theories about tribal warfare.
