I don't think you get much of a choice on post. You get what you get. Gordon Terrace has the most problems and is the oldest & most cramped housing. Olive Terrace & New Olive Terrace are pretty good with sporadic trouble. Lakeview and Maglin Terrace hardly have any problems. Basically the lower enlisted areas have the most problems, with senior NCO and Officer quarters having the least. None of them are 100% trouble free.
