I'm in the Reserves as a 25U. I was wondering if there is a back up or something with the 25U AIT. I've been in the Army since October, been to WTC, and just have never gone to AIT. Just trying to figure out how long and if there are too many 25U's at Gordon or something.
Yea, a fellow soldier messaged me and told me to call him. My unit's Training NCO said that I have been bumped out of 4 classes so far and that he is trying to get me into another class. He also told me I should consider retraining into a different MOS.
Sounds iffy to me, can the Army force me to retrain if I can't get into a school?
