What MOS does the active Army usually select for network defense and offense? I've read the the in the Reserves its more of a civilian skills selection (ie you could be an 88M, but if your civilian job deals with computer security or you have a degree in computer security you can work with an Information Operations unit). So on the Active side is there a better MOS to get you to that point? Thanks in advance!
We don't have a specific MOS, but rather a skill set learned through experience. Having said that, the primary MOS in the 1st IO Cmd are 98, 33, 37, and 25 - EW, Psyops and Signal. And yes, we have a lot of Rerserve Component and civilians.
