I know its a tough MOS to get involved in, but I'm wondering what it would take. I'm prior service with a B.A. in Art. I work with 2d and 3d programs. Is it a question of holding out at MEPS when the time comes or is it really just plain luck to get this job? Thanks.

Just tell the MEPS rep that you are interested in the MOS 25M, have a degree in said skill set. If it doesn't show up, they can make some calls to try and get it for you.

unless you are stuck in public affairs office, you would probably make powerpoints for staff officers.....not very fun.

Now what kind of things could a person who is a 25 M might end up doing?

Like I said you could work for public and civil affairs. I can see you doing graphics,photoshoping ect. I met a 25m in my brigade, he doesn't do much of anything, I doubt he is slotted as one.

I'm a 25M w/ 7th sf. I do photoshop, large scale print projects and everything except power point. I've also been cross training to do the 25 V job (combat camera).

I am the only 25m where i'm at. chances are high that you'll end up @ 4th psyops though, writing essays and such until you deploy.
