I am active Army right now... curious about transferring to the CG and I have a couple of questions. I am currently an E5, if I joined the CG would I keep the rank and still maintain my eligabilty of time in grade to advance to E6? I am really interested in CGIS, any idea if doing time in the Army instead of all in the CG would hinder my selection? I have a BBA and my experiences in the Army are source operations, interrogations and investigations of terrorist networks and financing.
