Do New IV memeber attend the fletc course or is their cilvilian LE expierience used in lieu of that?

In order to get into CGIS as a reserve Agent, you must already have a police academy certification, which can include FLETC. This is a minimum so if you don't have any academy and 3 years sworn LE experience, you're not qualified to get in. CGIS does not send reserve people to any police acedemy for them to meet minimum entry quals.
