Quick question. Do you guys think in the future ME's will have a better chance of being selected for CGIS than other ratings.

Laws of probability. MEs will probably get more LE opportunities and experience than other ratings.
With that said, CGIS draws folks fom ALL ratings, not just one. It's the person we look at, not just their rating. |
