There are certainly people here who can point you in the right direction. Please do both yourself and everyone else who posts here a favor; identify yourself. I really don't care to give one who is identified by "This Member" a hand.

This is ET2 Wells and I am trying to find some direction as to past SWE questions. I am in need of some serious help, where can I find sample questions, past questions, and/or study guides for ET specific SWE questions?

I would think your ET1/ETCs would help you out.
That is what they are there for.

On the ET School Petaluma website, there is ET-SWE Reading List & Online Resources page.
http://www.uscg.mil/hq/tcpet/tpf/etsms/support/ET2-read.shtm

I know it is a lot of manuals, but that is where the questions get pooled from. If you are short on time and attention, I would suggest the following:

CIM 10550.25 (Safety Chapter)
Navy NEETS Modules (esp. Synchros & Servos)
Shrader's Electronic Communications Book
ET2 EOCT (Study Front to Back)
Navy EIM (General Maintenance)

You guys should think about developing your own study guide. You will be more than qualified to do so, after reading these references and taking the test. Try tapping into your shop's resources. Every place I have been stationed, there has been a compiled SWE study guide. Albeit old, but nonetheless it was available. The best study guide you will ever find, is your own. I don't think your going to get a lot of unknown ETs, willing to part with their hard earned compiled knowledge and guides. But, since I responded and imparted my two cents, your luck might change. Others enjoy trumping my responses for some reason. It must be an Alpha male thing.
