Does anybody know anything about this? Are they new ET billets? Are they open to females?

A notice came out a day or 2 ago on CGMS solititing for a precom crew and yes they were looking for ET1/2 personnel. I could be mistaken, but I don't recall if it stated anything about females.

The solicitation say 1 ET2 on each cutter. Not any 1st class.

Does anybody know how many of these cutters they are going to build?
and maybe where they are going to homeported?

I am just wondering because I was seriously thinking about it but I am not a city person( I love the outdoors so I don't want to be homeported in Miami)
