The cut has been revised to 3 on the ETCM. Wouldn't that normally trickle down to ETCS, ETC, ET1, and ET2? Is the reason for not revising the cut for above ranks due to the fact that we are holding off an waiting for the Loran issue to clear up?
I can't get anyone to bite in any other thread. Thought I'd try my luck here. One someone mind telling me if the DCC list was revised or not? Our server is down at work and this is killing me.

The prospect of LORAN closure could be a factor (and probably is). Senior members returning to rate from out of rate assignments could do it as well. And approved changes to our PAL (not LORAN related) will impact the payroll, too. Remember, as stated in the ET Force Notes each month, "a retirement does not guarantee advancement."
Don't sweat the cuts. We will advance to actual need. Just look at last year's ETC list. We advanced to below the cut... a surprise to even the detailers!
