Do any of you guys know anyone who has applied for or is recieving crsc for Granada 1983. I applied and was denied on the grounds that it was not combat. Before I answer, I need to know when you applied for it. There ARE differences in the CRSC I,II and III program implementations. Congress, in its submission of "Bills" that become law are unintentionally notorious for wording of them, so, often we must look in the Congressional Federal Register for the key wording not found in the "Thomas website for Congressional legislation" Like a VSO told me some time back "What more do you want, you've already gone around the whole monopoly board" Many, including professionals, VSO's read 38CFR, 38USC M-21, M-21-2 and so forth and take from that as "Bible" when often it is not as you meander the compensation process. Unfortunately the CFR is also very time consuming, and written in graduate level english, leaving few to understand. Freddy
