I am 40% sc 30 for migraines and 10 for high blood pressure. I work in a factory setting with good benefits. I take two flexerils a day and fiorcet w/ codeine for migraines. That is some powerful medicine to be working on and I have done it for years w/o my employer knowing. If I get hurt at work it will fall on me. What should I do draw disability from work and apply for more compensation. HELP

I don't like your options on the answers. I would say, “Always be truthful.” And I think you might be endangering others if you not working when you are taking medication that might impair you. Also, I assume you are DUI.
A question for you, If you were injured while working under those condition would that negatively effect your VA benefits?
