I have a GAF of 45 for PTSD, when the VA rated me they gave me 10% for conditions other than PTSD, and I have a butt load of medical records that state I have a diagnosis of PTSD. Any help or info is greatly appreciated

In another post you state you are rated 100%. What do you want. Please try and make sense of your posts and do not start multiple topics.
I am a DAV (Disabled American Veterans), Chapter Service Officer and my hope would be that a veteran with a Service-Connected Disability for PTSD and a GAF Score (Global Assessment of Functioning) of 45 is actively engaged in a PTSD treatment program and well monitored for progress. I also sincerely hope their VA claim for benefits assistance is in the hands of a responsible and recognized veterans service officer and service organization holding a Power of Attorney to work on that veteran's behalf.
