I have a question, I am receiving 80% disability from the VA. Does this money count towards earned income with regards to unemployment. I have been let go from my job and wish to collect unemployment but I am curious if I should take the time to file, I dont want to take the time to file just to find out that I cant collect unemployment.
I have tried to look this up on the internet and all I have found is that some states do allow it and some states dont, however I cant find the list that says which states allow unemployment collection and dont or do include the va disability money. My state I live in North Dakota.

My apologies, I didn't mean does va disability count towards earned income for a increase in unemployment. I mean can I collect unemployment and va disability at the same time.
