Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas) is the leading advocate for freedom in our nation’s capital. As a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, Dr. Paul tirelessly works for limited constitutional government, low taxes, free markets, and a return to sound monetary policies. He is known among his congressional colleagues and his constituents for his consistent voting record. Dr. Paul never votes for legislation unless the proposed measure is expressly authorized by the Constitution.

Nah, he's OK but he's a bit of a kook. John McCain, now there's the man.

Why is he a kook? Limited government. Stop policing the world. Stop the inflation tax. Sounds conservative not kooky. If you're registered to vote in Colorado, check this out (http://www.cologop.org/pages/absentee.cfm) :

Pursuant to discussion and approval by the CRC Executive Committee on December 7th 2007, only active-duty military personnel do not need to attend their precinct caucus in order to vote in the Presidential Preference Poll. In order to submit an absentee vote, the military personnel must submit to the Colorado Republican Committee Chairman Dick Wadhams or individual County Chair a signed letter on official letterhead or an email from a .mil email address:

1. Attesting to which Colorado County they have been registered as a republican since on or before December 5th, 2007.
2. Attesting that they are on active duty with the United States Armed Forces and will be unable to physically attend their precinct caucus
3. Indicating which candidate they support in the Presidential Preference Poll

To send your information via email cameron@cologop.org

John McCain ain't exactly the man. Consider the validity of this:

BE ADVISED........RON PAUL ENDORSED CHUCK BALDWIN of the Constitution party for President. They are long time friends, who share the very same positions on the issues.
BOTH are men of INTEGRITY. The "platform" of the Constitution party is right on the mark with Ron Paul.
Go to.....www.baldwin08.com to see the official endorsement posted by Ron Paul. Check out the NATIONAL VETERANS COALITION...www.nvets.org....link to the CP.
Our country needs MORE patriotic "statesmen" like Ron and Chuck. God help us!
