Hi all, we had someone give a VERY short brief on spouses using the GI bill. is this in effect already, and what are the stipulations? I want my fiance to get a chance for schooling when we get married, but as most of us know, E3 is not the most paid job in the world! Thanks.

You have to be in a specific MOS, and it is tied to a re-enlistment, among other things.
