For now I just have one question on this as I am just now looking into it. I am sure there will be more to follow. If there is already a thread for this I am sorry, I did not see it.

The one question I have as of right now if anyone has done this, is if Matt chooses to get out before I am done completing my degree, would there be any fees or anything that I would have to pay back?

Jen,
I tracked down an email address for this program, and asked your question. This was the reply:

This spouse is eligible for Spouses to Teachers as long as her husband is on active duty, Select Reserve or Guard. If her husband separates or retires from the service she will be then be unable to be reimbursed for the GRE, state teacher certification examinations or the Passport to Teaching Program all up to $600. If she has registered and is participating and has been reimbursed for any of the above there is no obligation from her to pay any portion that she has been reimbursed after her husband separates or retires.

Here's the link from mil.com:

Spouses to Teachers

However, go through the link provided to get to the email address I contacted - the one on the website is a navy.mil instead of whatever mil.com listed.
