Where would I go to find out if I can keep my small business and run it when we move overseas? The business is registered in San Diego, Ca. We are moving to yokosuka. If anyone has had to deal with this before please let me know how to proceed.

things like Tupeprware and Pampered Chef are fine, but there are restrictions.. such as you CANNOT have the merchandise shipped to you through your PO box.. it must go directly to the purchaser. Also you really cannot keep stock/inventory in gov't housing. that means being an Ebay seller is out as well. Sea duty sailors get a PO box at the main PO. Shore sailors get a PO box at their command..or that's how it was when we lived there.
most likely scenario is you will have to wait until you get to Yoko and have the housing Brief and the AOB/ICR class. inthe dstant haze of my memory I seem to recall an actual Class run bu FFSC that explained the rules and regs of operating a home business as well.
