WE are stationed in NC with orders to Spangahlam (Spelling) AFB in Germany for January 2010. I would like to get a job in the elementary school as a teacher assistant or become a substitute teacher. Can anyone give me advice? Thank you

Have you been to the DoDEA website? It has all sorts of information about human resources. I am pretty sure you apply directly through them for teaching jobs - not sure about the paraprofessional or sub positions - that might be local. It cannot hurt to see about applying online.
