I have a question and it is that my husband is a vet, and i want to know what i have to do go to college and have some financial help.
I have heard that i have to fill out some va forms but i don't have a clue. Please can someone tell me what to do or were to go. Thanks |

His being a vet does not mean you are necessarily entitled to anything.

Most spouses are not due anything for college being the spouse of a vet.
Best bet is to go speak with the financial aid office. It's their job to find any grants, scholarships and/or loans you may be eligible to help you fund your schooling. financial aid offices don't typically know about all vets programs. A va rep may, however.
Sometimes spouses can be awarded benefits based on disability levels of the vet. Best to check with the VA before the financial aid office. |
