DC's,
I was wondering what you all thought about the difference between the two. Why don't we have a standard DC training program. I understand the variance between Cutters. But it seems to me that there should be one standard, then the different ships should tailor it to meet there specific operation or equipment. Why not make one.

Another thing, there isn't just a difference between SEOPs and DCPQS, there is also a difference between PAC and LANT SEOPs. I think FORCECOM will probably fix part of the issue. Also, on some classes of cutters (87, 175, 225) there's WQS.

There are some fundamental differences between the two. SEOPs allows for some flexibility that DCPQS doesn't necessarily. Allowing for single Investigators, Plugman can do more than just standing at the plug, Firefighting techniques etc. SEOPs geared a little more toward "Optimally" crewed cutters
