Can anyone tell me how the person in the number 13 position on the Nov2008 list, who is also below the cut, is making DC1 on Sep 1?

Possibly a roll over from the previous service-wide?

Sorry I took so long to reply. I was having errors at home. I have been learning this process since I started trying to make first. Basically what happened was people who took May 2008 also took Nov 2008 thinking they may not advance off May 2008. Then they advanced but there name is still printed on Nov 2008 servicewide list.
The best way to keep track is to Print the list and go back to record message traffic look at the last 6 to 12 months and cross out anyone that advanced. Then you have your own updated list. I was 24 on Nov 2008. But now I am 6. I am waiting on the revised Nov 2008 cuts to come out around September 25th. If you have any more questions you can email me at jeffery.d.fellows@uscg.mil

Ya, but i looked, that guy didnt take the May2008 SWE....oh well. ya, im two behind you on the Nov2008 SWE. Didnt know they were gonna revise the cuts around the 25th. oh and tell Shoemaker the old DC2 from the Cape says what up !!

The message for NOV 08 SWE comes out hopefully this week. Don't confuse it with the MAY 09 SWE that just came out with cut of 0 DC1's

3 more DC1's made....i might have a chance at Nov or Dec if they keep making below the cutoff.

WTF, WHERE IS THE REVISED CUTOFF MESSAGE? ITS FREAKIN ME OUT! No I really hope it comes out soon. I would rather know now and be surprised. I am now 3 inline.

If you read the top portion of the message, it says they will keep advancing as needed even if its below the cut.

Yup, but it would be more comforting just knowing I was going to make 1st. AND I'M STILL FREAKIN OUT! But still patiently waiting. 2 more chances and my chances are good.
