This isn't very hi-tech but it worked for me once I decided it was important to make rank: Take every question at the end of each section & chapter of each of DC3, 2 & 1 booklet. Write them down on color coded 3 x 5 cards according to subject material; Red-fire fighting, blue-damage control, white- CBR, etc. Take a different colored batch each day to review every time you get a spare minute. Between writing down the question, finding the answer and reviewing the cards you'll have the material memorized within a month. It also doesn’t hurt to make up your own questions. Of course there are no guarantees but you should be at least in the middle of the pack when the grades come out. Good luck.
For the EOCT what I did was read the books all the way through one time and high-lighted what I thought was important. After I was done reading a book I would put all of the high-lighted material into a study guide for myself. Make your own study guide. Good Luck on your test.
