The announcement for the dates? I haven't but you should at the www.uscg.mil/announcements/ site. Just make sure you have already met with your recruiter and are processing now. Usually the announcement coming out, you wont have a lot of time to do the packet, interview, etc...by the deadlines. Start now. A lot of this is a test of your abilities...so you may or may not get a lot of help from your recruiter. They dont do a lot of these packets and you'll really need to do the leg work on filling out a lot of paperwork. My recruiter was great...I was lucky.
