I keep receiving letters about non-completion of SELRES requirements that are inaccurate. These are easily cleared up after 2 or three phone calls, the faxing and refaxing of the same documentation, or a couple of in person hand delivered trips.

I am wondering if this is CG wide and am I just to overly sensitive to the letters.

I would be fired from my job within a week if I couldn't properly document and file my paper work.

Okay, tell me to quit whinning now, I feel better. Violin Big Grin

Are you talking about point letters? What are they saying? Are you checking DA to make sure your drills are in their? Remember 90% of 48 drills.

No, I am talking about the letters that go out when they say you haven't completed a dental exam or the flu shot, etc.

When completing a readiness requirement (dental, PHA, ASQ, etc.)or mandated training course members should be taking the initiative to ensure that the information is being entered or recorded properly. Certainly, responsible parties (i.e., the SPO, clinic or contract provider for PHAs) should be doing their job, and in my experience that is the case most of the time. However, occasionally things fall thru the cracks. Just my two cents....
