I followed your advise.. and its still doing the same thing. I have accessed it fine before.. but all in a sudden it started doing this. I dont know what else to do.. can someone assist me here? Thank you.
I had to click on the yellow lock at the end of the http browser bar, then click view certificates and then click on install certificate that way. After, I logged completely out and logged back in, it worked. I have the users guide I can send you if you just shot me an email. It has some helpful hints in it.
Same issue here... I leave my web mail up during the day at work (I'm at a DoD facility with CAC readers and NIPRnets), and one minute I was on, the next minute I was bumped off - status has not changed today. I've tried reboots and selecting alternate certificates, but no dice.
I continue to get error messages and of course I can't find the number for my ESU, although it doesn't appear that it will help at this point.
You have to also download 2 files from a coast guard computer (will not be able to access them from your home computer)... save them onto like a USB thumbdrive, then copy them on your home computer. These files are the Active Client Agent,(AC61_Homeuse.exe), And the file that installs the root certificates (InstallRoot_v2.22A.exe). Once you have these files installed, as well as the files from the CD that came with the CAC card Reader, you should be able to access your CG email through the Web Based Email Client.
You should find these 2 files on the TISCOM official website, through your coast guard workstation. Hope this helps... I had the same problem. hehehehe
