Is anyone else having problem accessing the USCG webmail site? It keeps telling me "internet explorer cannot display the page"

Anyone else have this problem, or know if Outlook Webaccess is down at this time?

Thanks.

I had to click on the yellow lock at the end of the http browser bar, then click view certificates and then click on install certificate that way. After, I logged completely out and logged back in, it worked. I have the users guide I can send you if you just shot me an email. It has some helpful hints in it.

Alrighty, now I am getting "Error: Access is Denied" error messages.

However, if I "refresh" my browser multiple times, every once in a while, the page loads w/my email.

is anyone else getting this error message also, or is it just me?

Thx,

Yamil

Try your Sector ESU. I think most have a Help Desk.

Same issue here... I leave my web mail up during the day at work (I'm at a DoD facility with CAC readers and NIPRnets), and one minute I was on, the next minute I was bumped off - status has not changed today. I've tried reboots and selecting alternate certificates, but no dice.

I continue to get error messages and of course I can't find the number for my ESU, although it doesn't appear that it will help at this point.

I've also been having this exact same problem off and on the past 2 days.. I talked to my local ESD and they were unaware of the problem.

Its down again for me. Up/Down for the last several days. Maybe Tiscom knows something about the issue(s)?

It only seems to be affecting the web email, as regular outlook is not down (at least I dont think).

I got the CAC card reader and a disc last month. I installed the disc, but have never gotten it to work.

If it had come with instructions, it would have been a huge help I am betting.

You have to also download 2 files from a coast guard computer (will not be able to access them from your home computer)... save them onto like a USB thumbdrive, then copy them on your home computer.
These files are the Active Client Agent,(AC61_Homeuse.exe),
And the file that installs the root certificates (InstallRoot_v2.22A.exe).
Once you have these files installed, as well as the files from the CD that came with the CAC card Reader, you should be able to access your CG email through the Web Based Email Client.

You should find these 2 files on the TISCOM official website, through your coast guard workstation.
Hope this helps... I had the same problem. hehehehe

Recall that per recent message traffic, we are prohibited from using thumbdrives on CG computers...
