I have been thinking long and hard about joining the CGR. The information I have received from this site has been incredible. I have been told I was qualified for a position at PSU 308 with no basic/A school, just REBI. So far, so good. How did everyone tell their wives that they wanted to enlist. My wife has family history of military service, and she is extremely supportive of the armed services. I am just not sure she is going to be supportive of me in the armed services. Anyone got any tips on how to approach the subject?

Understand that you WILL be attending C schools, TUTA-FEP, ADT schools, etc. You won't just get by with REBI.

If you're NPS, you really NEED to attend Boot, not REBI.

I am a certified police officer with 4 years full time experience. I am a current K9 officer assigned to our tactical unit. I am also a certified EMT and firefighter.
